What is the return policy?
Because our hoodies are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Color preference
Please make sure to check the size chart before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll happily offer a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
Are any purchases final sale?
Since each Blu piece is made especially for our customers, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing or preference changes.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days and we’ll take care of it.

Each Blu piece is made especially for you once your order is placed. Please allow 2–5 business days for production.
Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 7–14 business days depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Please note that during high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Our pieces are ethically manufactured through trusted production partners overseas. Each item is made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste.
We carefully select materials and production standards to make sure every Blu piece meets our expectations.
